Worm Gear SE9 Slewing Drive
Hourglass worm
Our slewing drives are using hourglass worm technology, in which
the worm is shaped to engage more teeth in the gear. This increased
tooth engagement results in greater strength, efficiency and
durability.
Function
Slewing drives function with standard worm technology, in which the
worm on the horizontal shaft acts as the driver for the gear, in
general, the shaft is driven by electric gear motor.
Gear ratio
The rotation of the horizontal worm turns a gear about an axis
perpendicular to the screw axis. This combination reduces the speed
of the driven member and also multiplies its torque; increasing it
proportionally as the speed decreases.The speed ratio of shafts
depends upon the relation of the number of threads on the worm to
the number of teeth in the worm wheel or gear.

Applications
Application of fog cannon
Also known as environmental protection fog cannon car, "haze
reduction artifact", etc., the water is finely atomized into water
mist particles (50~200 microns) the size of dust particles through
high pressure and sprayed from the cannon-shaped air duct, with
strong wind and long range. The range is wide, the dust condenses
and settles in contact with the water mist particles in the air,
and then achieves the purpose of suppressing dust and purifying the
air.
Application of mining hydraulic excavation drilling rig
An excavation rock drilling rig is a mobile rock drilling machine
equipped with multiple (or one) hydraulic rock drills on the
chassis, also known as a rock drilling rig or a drilling rig. The
drilling rig can be positioned precisely, and can drill deep and
large-diameter blastholes with a rod, and provide good shaft
thrust. At the same time, one person can operate multiple rock
drills on the trolley, and can even remotely operate it away from
