Hydraulic Enclosed Slewing Drive
The slewing drive is a complete system assembly that can be easily
installed and integrated into existing system programs.
It is composed of ball slewing bearing or cylindrical roller
slewing bearing, worm, shell and other parts that can bear axial,
radial and overturning moments at the same time. The worm is driven
by a hydraulic motor or motor to drive the slewing bearing to
rotate. The surface of the housing is spray-coated and fully
enclosed with seals to protect the slewing drive from
contamination, damage and grease loss.
These components are assembled together to avoid customers
installing various mating components, and we can also provide a
variety of size standards.

Advantages
Modularization: Due to the high integration of the slewing drive
pair, users do not have to purchase and process each component of
the rotating device one by one, which also reduces the preparation
process at the beginning of product production to a certain extent,
thereby greatly improving labor productivity.
Safety: The worm gear and worm drive (slewing drive pair) has the
feature of reverse self-locking, which can realize reverse
self-locking, that is, only the worm can drive the worm gear, but
the worm cannot be driven by the worm gear to move. This feature
makes the slewing drive widely used in lifting, aerial work and
other equipment. While improving the technological content of the
main engine, it also greatly improves the operation stability of
the main engine and the safety factor of the operation.
Simplify the design of the main engine: Compared with the
traditional gear transmission, the worm gear transmission can
obtain a relatively large reduction ratio. In some cases, the
reducer parts can be omitted for the main engine, thereby reducing
the procurement cost for customers and greatly reducing the failure
rate.
