High Precision Slewing Drive Description
Backlash – the existing clearance gaps between gear teeth and worm
is a very common and often a considerable and key factor in the
designs of gear and drive systems. The gaps between them allow room
for applying lubrication and can help accommodate the stresses of
operation heat inside.
The gear and worm are contact in a condition of near perfect mesh.
This will in turn allows for a highly efficient transfer of driving
force, uniform load distribution and a very impressive level of
positioning accuracy in drive

Applications Need High Precision
Parabolic trough solar power system:
Parabolic trough solar collector is mainly composed of concentrated
part, transmission system, heating unit and control system, adopts
columnar parabolic design, tracking the sun through parabolic
trough concentrate collector, make direct sunlight gathered in
receiver tube surface, to heat the heat-transfer fluid, and then in
thermodynamic cycle system. In the thermodynamic system, Parabolic
trough concentrating collectors are connected by way of series and
parallel, and through the modular layout form collection hot field.
