IP66 30 Field-life Slew Drive
According to the openness of the slewing drive transmission
mechanism, the slewing drive can be divided into open type and
closed type. Usually, the open type structure is mostly used in
applications where the environment is too harsh and the maintenance

Applications
Design features and application fields of new type slewing drive
(worm gear and worm slewing mechanism)
The shell is made of high-quality cast steel with very high
strength. The worm gear and worm are all are made of 42CrMo and
photoion nitrided. The wear resistance and strength are higher than
the traditional domestic gas nitriding 50Mn material. Stronger than
the hardness, the service life is longer. This product can be used
for flatbed transport vehicles, log cranes, single-column cranes,
beam lifters, truck-mounted cranes, aerial work vehicles, solar
energy for solar inspections, automation equipment and other
mechanical equipment; in the solar photovoltaic power generation
industry, slewing drives are generally equipped with DC planetary
geared motors or AC geared motors are mainly used; in construction
machinery, hydraulic motors are mainly used as power drive systems.
