Worm Gear Slew Drive Description
Hangtuo‘s worm gear slewing drive is composed of the housing,
slewing gear, envelope worm, sealing and other spare parts. We can
also match 12/24V electronic motor, stepper motor, servo motor and
hydraulic motor, which can move not only clockwise direction but
also counter clockwise direction rotation.
Our product are manyfactured under strict quality control system in

got CE certification which is needed for custom in European
countries.
Advantages
Modular
Due to the high integration of the slewing drive, the user does not
have to purchase and process each accessory that composes the
slewing device one by one, which also reduces the preparation
process at the beginning of product production to a certain extent,
thereby greatly improving labor productivity.
Safety
The worm gear and worm drive have the characteristics of reverse
self-locking, which can realize reverse self-locking, that is, only
the worm gear can be driven by the worm, but the worm cannot be
driven by the worm gear. This feature makes the slewing drive
device widely used in lifting, aerial work and other equipment.
While improving the technological content of the main engine, it
also greatly improves the operation stability and safety factor of
the main engine.
Simplified mainframe design
Compared with the traditional gear transmission, the worm gear
transmission can obtain a relatively large reduction ratio. In some
cases, the reducer parts can be omitted for the main engine,
thereby reducing the procurement cost for customers and greatly
reducing the failure rate of the main engine. .
