Traditional solar panels are mostly installed in a fixed manner,
that is, the panels are fixed at a certain angle and do not change
with the position of the sun, which seriously affects the
photoelectric conversion efficiency. The output power of the
photovoltaic array will be reduced by about 10% due to the
reduction of the radiant energy incident vertically. Throughout the
year, spring, summer, autumn and winter, from day to night, the
rising and setting of the sun and the angle of the sun's rays
change all the time. Therefore, how to change the angle of the
battery panel with the angle of light to increase the photovoltaic
conversion rate. This requires the use of a rotary drive device,
which can change the position and angle of the battery panel to
achieve the intensity of the sun's rays perpendicular to the light
intensity of the battery panel, thereby increasing the photovoltaic
conversion rate. So the tracking system plays an important role and
application of the slewing bearing in the solar slewing drive
device.
The slewing drive device is a new type of slewing product, usually
composed of slewing bearings, worms, motors, shells and other
parts. It not only has the functions of connecting, rotating and
